Meeting notes:

Dec 8.2009 Tuesday Pot Luck Holiday dinner. There were only a few people joining together for our 1st annual Holiday potluck. We  did have a nice time visiting and meeting some new folks. The clubhouse was festive with a tree and table center piece. Those that did not come missed some really good homemade food.

We will continue the effort to gather Castlebrook residence. But all will start up next year.

Have a very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful new year.

Nov.11 2009- There were only 7 people who showed up for this meeting. It was unfortunate that the word did not get out in time.
Dave gave a great presentation on repairing the stucco walls. I learned something and it is easier than you think. Also found out that we have more board members and they are organizing. We did not discussed much else, but one of the attendees has a water problem every time it rains. It appears that water is running under the foundation into his living room. Serious issue that should be repaired.

Nov.3 2009-We had a great turnout for our first meeting
more that 14 people showed up, EVEN WITH LATE NOTICE.
We discussed the finances, checking books, outdoor lighting and building reps,
and other repair issues..
We got rep's already for 5 out of 11 buildings. Thanks to everyone who came, it proves we make needed change when everyone gets involved.
Spread the word to your neighbors. Our next meeting Nov 11th.
